Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thick lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of citrus and yeast. The flavor is sweet malty with primary notes of citrus, leading to a dry and slightly spicy finish. The body is thin. Thanks Papsoe for shipping this home.

Jun 7, 2008 Bottle, pouring a clear (not cloudy here) gold with a large pure white foamy head. Only a light neutral hoppy aroma, a little soapy. Again, the palate is more soapy than creamy. The unfiltered yeast does give the flavour some character though - lightly spiced and citrus. The finish is short and tart. As others say, somewhat thin and bland.

May 3, 2008 500ml bottle. Murky yellow full head. fresh yeast / bready aroma. Malty, light spices, canned fruits but overall thin and uneventful. Interesting style and points for that but not sure too many people would come back for seconds?

May 1, 2008 Hazy golden with huge white fluffy head. Sweet yeasty aroma with notes of coriander and orange peel. Sweet fruity flavor with yeasty and spicy notes. Ends rather dry.
