Cask (handpump) at the Wenlock Arms, April 2008. Reddish brown with a beige head. Nice condition. Smooth with a touch of roast. Good full mouthfeel. An excellent tasty mild. A new brewery for me and a very promising introduction.

Jul 1, 2008 Cask at the Wenlock Arms, 19th April 2008, with Chris, Ian, Mes & the gang. Dark brown with a subtle aroma of coffee & malt. Good flavour of dark fruit, chocolate and coffee with a medium mouthfeel. A nice choccy mild.

Apr 25, 2008 Cask handpull at Wenlock Arms. The two milds on this afternoon were both stunners. This was ruby brown with thin beige lasting head. Very nice roasty mild. Good mild, on the roasted malt side.

Dark brown with a very good thick tan head. Huge chocolate with plenty of rich roasty malt. A little one dimensional but it’s just full of lovely dark chocolate malt. Som much chocolate infact I’d not be surprised to find there is some added to the brew. Nice enough just a little boring.
