Clear medium to dark red brown color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, caramel, milk chocolate, spicy. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, and a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090123]
