Green Valley Brewing Stone Mill Pale Ale

pour and appearance was nice. flavor seemed to be a comprehension of all of pale ales ive had in an average way. thats what this beer is..... average.

Pours an orange - brown color with a small white head. Aroma of hops, malt and not much else. Flavor is hops, malt with a slightly off finish. underwhelming.

Appearance: Clear, orange body with a small, diminishing, white head. Smell: Very basic, extremely light aroma of toasted malts with some vague floral hints to it. Taste: Toasted malts with a faint sweetness. Drop of apple fruitiness. Floral hops, faintly bitter. Dry finish. Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: This one really took the "pale" and applied it to all of the beer’s aspects. Not recommended.

Aroma: dry caramel and crystal malt aroma with light floral hops,
Flavor: sweet caramel malt flavor, well balanced with earthy hops, touch of sweet citrus, light bitterness in the finish,
Overall: not a bad pale ale but needs something to make it distinctive,

Pours a clear amber with no head really. I get a very slight maltiness on the nose, and in the flavor i get the same, only a slight malt taste. Tastes watered down to me, and also slightly metallic. Its easy to drink, but really lacks in flavor.
