(650ml bottle, Batch 007) Pours a clear deep golden body the small white head. Aroma of apple, chapati bread, urine, and cheap champagne. Flavor of metallic, diluted apple juice, and alcohol; watery mouthfeel, low carbonation, and a dry finish.

Bottled. Orange coloured. Clear. Fluffy off white head. Mild apple and some light sweetness dominates the aroma. Flavour naturally has some apple notes, but surprisingly subdued and pleasant. Is quite balanced and not at all sweet. Has some acidity. Is quite full bodied. Rather dry. Is light grapish and appleish in the end. All in all one of the better ciders I’ve tried. But that on the other hand is only a few.
