Amber color with a small white head. Very weak aroma. Taste is malty and caramel. Bitterness in the end.

[CASK: Old House From Home, West Didsbury, Manchester 11/08/06] Not bad for a Green King ale, a pleasant tast and a fair % (the one i tried was 5%). Doesn’t tast too strong and is easy drinking.

Very fine ale with a nice hint of caramel. A very smooth ale, I think this a one of the most enjoyable beers.

light amber with a bitter hoppyness, a perfectly drinkable pint but uninspired

Cask at hr. firtal, Odense; Clear amber brown with off white creamy head. Fruits & malts - caramel. Easy sweet with a dry hoppy finish! Better than the can/bottle version!

Cask at Chr. Firtal. Color was clear amber with nice lasting head and good lazing. Fresh indeed.. With notes of malt and caramel.

Cask. Aroma hint´s of diacityl and malts and almost no hop, nice color, flavor nice bitter but a bit weak, the diacityl is over the top.

At the Olde School House, Aberdeen. Clear amber with a dense but fading white head. Aroma is strongly malty, with toffee and caramel predominate as well as some interesting notes of dried fruit. Taste is much the same, with a flash of citrus overwhelmed by toffee, heavier sugar fruits, and a rich caramel. Quite sweet in many respects, and slightly watery.
