mid/light colour. Kept its head well very clear. Had a smell of hops and a malty taste was very smooth.

500ml can. Pours amber/orange and carries a thin tan head. Aroma is of caramel malt. Slight toffee note to the flavour, some grains and nutty notes, but fairly thin in the flavour department. Watery light body, low carbonation.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a dense/creamy off-white head. Light hoppy and caramel malt aroma. Flavour is light hoppy at first before a nice breadish malt flavour takes over. Light fruity hops flavour before and into the finish. Nicely balanced in the end.

Thanks to ekstedt & friends. Clear copper, offwhite head. Metallic aroma, somewhat unpleasant. Taste dominated by bitterness. Dryish mouthfeel. Light carbonation.

I tried this beer on May 9, 2008 after purchasing from the Queen’s Quay LCBO outlet. The beer poured a translucent rusty brown colour with a thin white head. The aroma was caramel malt, a little hops, and some nuttiness. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, slightly creamy, with little carbonation. The flavour is nutty, malty, with some hoppy bitterness
