This beer pours a deep orange with a medium tan head. This beer has much the flavor of your typical esb... Not much to say, this is a decent beer but not anything to brag about. I am not a big fan of the esb’s other than the fullers. Cheers!

Caramel malt nose. Amber/red in colour with small white head. Light carbonation, dry finish. Not overwhealming but still pleasant.

Can pours dirty amber with a short offwhite head that didn’t stay very long. Aromas of bready notes with a little caramel. Flavor is bread, caramel, and slight hops at the finish. Pretty bland overall. Light on the palate and not too much carbonation. Nothing memorable about this one.

Pretty average. The wurzels from Suffolk do make some good beers (such as Greene King IPA export, Speckled Hen and Old bob), but this aint one of them. Light brown/amber in colour - creamy, but lacks depth, hoppiness and flavour. "Abbot"Ale? Give me "Bishop’s" Finger any day!

This brew sorta reminded me of Bass, but a bit more creamy. It was pretty smooth, and had a dry finish. Nothing special about it I think.

500ml can - Gift from Johnny English. Chocolate and whiskey on the nose. Creamy beige head over deep gold liquid, orange peel, toffee and a spicy, peppery finish on palate. Interesting and unique.

Nitro can. Pours a clear amber with a small, tightly packed beige head. Dead nitro aroma. Flavor is bready caramely malts with a slight twinge of hoppiness. Typical smooth, low-carbonation palate. Finishes dry and bland. Nothing I’d go out of my way for.
