Nov 6, 2005 500ml bottle from Sainsbury. Pale chestnut colour with thin beige head. Odd malt/hop nose. Slghtly soapy and yeasty . Mouthfeel is a bit thin with sherberty hop on end. Some tangy hop with a touch of ginger. Just not very exciting

Dec 12, 2007 Fynske Øldage 2005, Odense. It’s a beautiful warm amber color and a nice head. The aroma has notes of fruit just like the flavour, that is smooth with clear notes of citrus.

Jan 28, 2007 Dark amber with quite a short head. Sweet fruity and malty aroma with toasty caramel. Flavour is lovely fruity, good hoppiness, roasted malt and caramel, nice biiterness. A good bitter winter ale.
