An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel, while the flavor is sweet with primary notes of straw, combined with slight hints of acidity, leading to a hoppy end.

(Bottle 50 cl) Beautiful clear amber with a small, off-white head. Soft, nutty aroma. Incredibly smooth, soft body with typical fruity notes from the ale yeast. Flavour of nuts and caramel. A very pleasant and quaffable session ale. 291005

500ml bottle from Sainsbury. Pale chestnut colour with thin beige head. Odd malt/hop nose. Slghtly soapy and yeasty . Mouthfeel is a bit thin with sherberty hop on end. Some tangy hop with a touch of ginger. Just not very exciting

Fynske Øldage 2005, Odense. It’s a beautiful warm amber color and a nice head. The aroma has notes of fruit just like the flavour, that is smooth with clear notes of citrus.

Dark amber with quite a short head. Sweet fruity and malty aroma with toasty caramel. Flavour is lovely fruity, good hoppiness, roasted malt and caramel, nice biiterness. A good bitter winter ale.
