The nose was almost non-existent but then it was up against the Oakham Hareflick and the surprisngly good Ramsbury’s Hell’s Highway Mild. Taste was fruity and malty and there was some toffee, the commercial description being very accurate and whilst not a bad beer by any means its just a middle of the road beer. It’s a quite fruity bitter, no huge hop presence, little bit of tongue tingle on finish. Some GK yeast character. Other than fruit, a bit dull. cgarvieuk (4201), Edinburgh, Scotland
