Commercial Description:
Pasteurised bottle only.
Brewed to complement food, we use the lightest malts and Tettnang hops to achieve the unique pale golden colour, crisp taste and dry finish. This unique blend makes Hop the ideal accompaniment to spicy dishes, seafood and poultry. The Tettnang hops, imported from Washington State and Oregon, give the beer its soft melon aroma and complete the dry finish.

Iv seen this sittin in tesco for quite a while now and only just bought it to see if it was any good with food. Well it probably does go with food, but in the same way that water does, as theres near no taste. Dont think the clear glass bottle helps it either. Maybe ill have it once its been reduced to £1:20 a bottle as the 5% will get your drunk eventually.

Apperance... look at the picture! Quite malty and sticky. Not much hops in the finish. Could take some more power, too thin and watery.

(Bottle 66 cl) Beautiful amber-coloured, pretty much without head. Strongly hoppy nose, and hop-aromatic all the way through without being bitter. More sweet actually. The label claims this beer tastes like melon - well, maybe so... 140604

Golden colour with a white head. Malty aroma with a light hoppyness. Malty flavor with toffee notes and a dry finish.

Bottled. A beer for when you don’t want to taste beer. I know it’s meant to go with food, but why goes that mean they take all the flavour out? Really rather dull. Not bad tasting, just too neutral.

Quickly disappearing white head on a yellow body. Easy drinking, light, refreshing, good for spicy food, thirst-quenching, a nice beer to help swallow a light dinner. Not an exceptional brew, but nice in any circumstances. It does the job.

Draught. I was told this is a new version of the beer. Aromatic hop aroma with a hint of metal. Light golden colour, small head. Light, aromatic flavour. Hint of sweetness, with an acidic bonbon quality.
