Commercial Description:
Pasteurised bottle only.
Brewed to complement food, we use the lightest malts and Tettnang hops to achieve the unique pale golden colour, crisp taste and dry finish. This unique blend makes Hop the ideal accompaniment to spicy dishes, seafood and poultry. The Tettnang hops, imported from Washington State and Oregon, give the beer its soft melon aroma and complete the dry finish.

Bottle @ Beer Exposed, September 2008.
Pours clear golden with a small, creamy, white, film head. Aroma has hay, wet dog, malts and brewing cereal sweetness. Okay mouthfeel. Flavour is very metallic, light malty and very hops hops note.

Is it just me or does the bottle look really poor? I know it means F all but...Anyway, on to the pretty average beer. Pale gold with thin head that went quicker than a months wage in my girlfriends pocket. Yeah there is hops in there but not that I’d shout about. Drinkable, better than some of the shite out there but could do better.

[From the archive, yay!] Fairly blonde, and lagerish (I know this sounds rather daft now) with a somewhat citrusy aroma. Now, where are those hops? At least it was called Beer to Dine For when I tried it but King Hop? Give me a break. Not bad, though.

At the tasting session by Joes. A clear yellow colored beer, with a white head. It disaeppers quickly. The aroma of caramel and sweet malt. The taste sweet and fruity, citrus. It’s a little bitter. There are not many hops. The aftertaste has some sweetness.

A light beer with a grassy soapy aroma, a light malty flavour with fair amounts of hops and a rounded finish. Fresh and fine

courtesy of Laurent Mousson - clear golden-bronze colour with a fair white head; solid flowery hoppiness with notes of apples; medium to full-bodied; quite heavy mouthfeel, tart bitter finish with notes of alcohol - not really pleasant

Bottle 0,75l bought at Tesco Kensington Feb. 08. Golden colored. A large creamy head settling in a couple of minutes - but never died. Strong sweet hoppy aroma. Soft mouthfeel. Subtle flavor of sweet fruits. Dry fruity aftertaste with some bitterness. KI=6
