Commercial Description:
Pasteurised bottle only.
Brewed to complement food, we use the lightest malts and Tettnang hops to achieve the unique pale golden colour, crisp taste and dry finish. This unique blend makes Hop the ideal accompaniment to spicy dishes, seafood and poultry. The Tettnang hops, imported from Washington State and Oregon, give the beer its soft melon aroma and complete the dry finish.

Clear yellow beer. Has a lasting, white head. The hops is present in the air around the beer. Lots of sharp and floral notes. Flavor is mainly bitter, notes of sweetness too.

Bottle. Poured clear straw with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Medium grassy hoppy aroma. Medium body. Medium sweet flavor with a small bitter finish of moderate duration. My expectations were met.

Golden copper with a small white head. A’lot of orange, hay, lemon and hint’s of some kind of spice. Very fresh and it got a high acidity. Most be a’lot better in summertime.

This is one of the ugliest packaging jobs for a beer that I’ve seen in a long while, what with its light urine yellow color in a clear, cheap wine bottle with a small drab label... and a dumb name, too boot. The quick dispersal of its thin bubbly head makes it none too appetizing in the glass, either. The aroma is faint, a candy sweet caramel with some grassy bitterness. The watery flavor is similar, the balance tipping ever so slightly towards the hops. Not worth repeating.

Aroma of hops. Clear golden yellow with a crisp white head. Flavour has hints of spice and citrus. Nice balanced bitterness. easy to drink. Rating a bit clouded as watching the rugby rating this. I have to say I enjoyed it at the time, went down well. Will have to re rate soon.

Pale amber, hardly any head. Aroma of hops, some sweetness. The flavour is quite hoppy, slight caramel, bit grassy. Thin mouthfeel. Dry finish.

750ml, interesting bottle, funny label. This was horrid. Any similarities noted by other raters to putrid, acrid taste and odor is on the money. Thin palate, watery and off-putting. Nose is slightly hoppy but far too musty and stale for a beer to compliment food, at least for a golden ale. Pathetic. Soft melon aroma? Hahahaha. My worst encounter to date.

Pours golden with a small white head. The aroma is light and slighlty hoppy. The flavor is mild with some hops but nothing worth noting.
