Poured with a small sized white head. Aromas and tastes of grass with a light malty sweetness. Thin body. Joeh (1908), Buckinghamshire, England

Light aroma, slightly sweet and a touch stale. Flavour is thin malt, boiled sweets, stale and somewhat bitter, weak hopping levels. Stupid light struck beer. onystrom (790), Århus-Randers Crew, Denmark

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 26, 2005 Blind tasting session, Bottled. Oops! Greene King, clear bottle. No way this is going to be tasty! But I didn’t have this disadvantage, because it was a blind tasting session and I bet it would score higher if more had rated it this way. Aroma of grapes and green apples but also malty and flowery. Sweet, maybe even a bit too sweet, light fruity sourness, light bitter start but certainly pretty bitter in the finish which is dry of course. In the flavor also the malts and flowers. scotty (832), Scotland

The whole mellows to a nicely balanced finish.I didn’t have it with food but it would go well with a lighlty spiced dish. Tesco. joss (3671), Garching b. München, Germany
