Had this one from a slightly old can. Poured with a big, thick, creamy head, but oddly no lace. Brownish amber color. Malty, dryish, grassy aroma. Very faint sweetness, definitely more of a bitter than IPA. Very good body. But really a yawner.

Not at all an IPA, but a nice Pale Ale. A lot better on KEG. Nice malty aroma, dark copper colored appearance. Flavor is a good balance of hops and malts. Great session ale.

The can poured clear copper with decent white head. The aroma has some big malts of the pale variety, caramel malts, biscuit malts and virtually no hops. A bit of a disappointment right from the start. Also this beer has “IPA” on the label in a huge font yet ratebeer has it listed as bitter. Might really be a mild. As it warmed a bit I’m getting sweet butterscotch in the nose. The carbonation is low and softens what little flavor there is. The taste is much like the smell, pity. I get pale malts, hints of caramel, biscuit, butterscotch and a mild vague bitterness. Thoroughly disappointing product.

16 oz can. Pours amber with a very small white head that disappears quickly. Aroma of musty malts. Flavor is watery malty with just a touch of hop astringency and faint bitterness. A bit of caramel and nuttiness. Certainly doesn’t taste like an IPA. In fact this beer is a total joke as far as IPAs go. Theres hardly any alcohol, hardly any hops, and the malt is watery. It barely even measures up to a “low alcohol” beer. The mild flavor is ok, but boring. No redeeming qualities.

Boa cervejas IPA. Coloração caramelo clara; espuma densa, ambar; cheiro adocicado e frutado. Gosto amargo, grãos torrados, forte. Mais ou menos encorpada, podendo até ser colocada no grau leve. Refrescante e gostosa. Custo benefício não muito bom.

Amber beer with a short white head. Aroma of NOTHING! Well might be some malts in there if i try hard enough. Flavor is a little sweet...and thats it - where are the hobs?

Golden of color with a light white head. A flat aroma with hints of old citrus friuts and corn flakes from kelloggs. Malty taste with some bitterness, but to flat and boring.

Sampled in London this summer. Appearance was very nice and dark brown. Aroma was fair, but nothign special. It went down very smooth but flavor was very bland and lacked any spices.
