Not much aroma aside from some metallic character. Flavor is sweet and hoppy with the malts taking the lead. Creamy palate. Apparently this isn’t actually an IPA, and it sure doesn’t taste like it. Easy drinking but not memorable. stison42 (318), Blacksburg, Virginia, USA

Quite nice, but nothing special. Fairly standard light brown IPA colour - a hoppy/malty taste, but fairly bland. It is only 3.6% in strength and tastes it - I prefer the export version myself! berkshirejohn (1831), Bracknell, Berkshire, England

This beer is alright for the price. quite drinkable. light palate. ehhdayton (1115), USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Oct 9, 2006 There is very little aroma except for some slight bit of hops but barely. The pour is amberish with a light tan head. The flavor has a slight malty sweetness and the hops are barely apparent. Quite disappointing for an IPA.
