Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate hoppy, grass, grapefruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average and long duration, very refreshing. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is light light metalic. (290708)

Apr 18, 2008 Cask (handpump) at the Crown & Kettle, Manchester. I rather assumed this is a rebadge but it doesn’t seem to match up with any other Greenfield beers on the site so I’m not so sure. Amber coloured with a creamy head. Moderate spicy, tangy hops. Slightly tart mouthfeel but clean and easy drinking. A respectable citrus accented bitter.

Jan 2, 2008 A Sim rate (cask at... Crown & Kettle): Hoppy aroma... and oh so subtle at that. Flowery citric hops. Fresh. It’s the Spring in this wintery Manchester. Colour is a pale let-down, but redeemed by the lasting lace. Hopsy, hopsy flavour... and abusive with it. Tastes like a rich wine gravy mixed with hops. Very tart in the finish.
