Bottle: Golden with a slowly diminishing white fluffy head; moderate oaky-hoppy (Tettnang?) nose with a sweet-malty background; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; lingering hoppy slight tart finish, rounded by some sweet malt. O.K., a spicy Festbier.............

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Medium-sweet, biscuit-like, slightly honey-ish and citrus-fruity aroma with spicy herbal hops. Light-bitter flavour, strawy malty, slightly chalky taste with herbal notes; light to medium bodied, slightly fizzy on the tongue; moderately dry and slightly bitter finish with light-spicy hops. Very close to the Export, if not the same (05.07.08).
