Bottle (purchased at the former Brauerei in Roding): Lively carbonation, golden, firm, very persistent white head; fresh fruity (lemons, bananas) nose with a sweet-wheaty background; light to medium bodied, soft, smooth MF, moderate sweet flavour; mild sourish-fruity and sweetish finish, almost not interrupted by a little tartness. Pleasant, smooth Weizen.............

(bottle) Cloudy, orangey golden colour with a thick foamy white head. Yeasty, moderately sweet wheat-malty and fruity (apples, citrus) aroma with phenolic spice in the background. Medium sweet flavour with a pleasant (and refreshing) level of sourness, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Wheaty and citrus fruity taste with a shy touch of vanilla; sweet and slightly sour, yeasty-fruity and wheaty finish with light phenolic spices. Refreshing and likeable Wheat (08.07.08).

bottled. at a pub in a small village somewhere near roding. golden coloured with a fluffy white head. big vanilla and banana aroma. tasted a bit of apricot yoghurt, quite pleasant. i was parched after a few hours of walking on a hot summer’s day so this didn’t last long but was very refreshing
