<b>Taster - Grey Parrot Brewery - Long Beach WA <br /></b>
Aroma – Had a nice dark malt with a Yarrow nose. <br />
Appearance – Dark Brown in color, clear with a thin head. <br />
Flavor – This had a distinct flavor of malts and bittering through the yarrow that was added. No Hops in this beer. The yarrow gave off a different bittering agent. <br />
Palate – Bitter Mouthfeel, Nice texture with a dry finish. <br />
Overall – This was an interesting beer with the yarrow as the bittering agent for the beer. The yarrow was so strong it almost took over the dark malts. The malts where fruity and masked with the yarrow. Very interesting beer.
