Courtesy of Fonefan. Dark brown with a red hue and an OK head. The aroma is fruity, but in an artificial way like in a soda. The same goes for the flavour, that reminds me of a beer mixed with raspberry soda. It’s not a fruit beer, so I think it’s a bit weird...

330ml bottle (Delirium, Brussels)
Brown. Malty aroma, fairly sweet. Taste follows that trend - pretty big on sweet maltiness. Palate, however, is pretty soft, but then I also feel it’s sticky, and yet also I feel it’s thin. Pleasant, and not half as confusing as these notes make it appear.

Bottle at Chris_o’s. Slightly hazy, golden beer. Sweet and sugary, some spice.

Bottle. Typical Belgian brune, sweet with a yeasty profile. Also got some raw alcohol in the finish, which knocked a few points off. Sweet caramel and brown sugar notes also come through. A bit predictable.

Strong fruity nose is a bit boozy with bready malt undertones. Opaque brown body is topped by a thin white head that recedes to light cover. Quite sweet flavour is strong with fruity esters and some notes of alcohol. Bitterness is subdued. Medium body with some warming and moderate carbonation. Decent, but somehow not very exciting. Tulip glass. Cellar temperature. Bottle (Bièropholie).
