Bottled - Chris O shindig 2007 - A quite bright golden coloured beer with a whitish head. An overcomplicated aroma of spices and pepper. The taste is spicy and peppery also. Overcarbonated, and pretty disappointing.

Golden colour, quick-falling head. Hmmm...protein chunks. Estery, performey aroma with light peppery alcohol. A bit thin with a spicy note (coriander, alcohol) and some barely developed pale malts. Meh. There are so many similar beers that are executed with greater craftsmanship and passion.

(Bottled) Hazy golden with a smallish, a bit lacy, reasonably lasting head. Quite fresh and pleasant, gingery, perfumy and grassy-lemony aroma. Flavor of sweetish malt, ginger, fruit, some honeyish alcohol, and mildly bitter hoppiness. Dryish, mildly acidic finish. Alcohol is mostly hidden in the flavor, but evident in the aftertaste. Although not too complex, it’s still solid and quite refreshing, strong summer blonde.

Golden color, hazy with tiny chunks of yeast floating. lemon and chewing gum in the aroma. Alcoholic, perfumed citric flavor. Loads of coreander and some ginger. Flowery aftertaste with fruity esters.

Bottled. Light and adherent foam, discreet duration. Yellow bright color; hazy and torbid with good and fine fizz. Fresh winy and spiced scent with alcohol, cellar, must and pleasantly malty notes. Lightly dense, prickly and lively taste, with pleasant spiced and nearly peppery notes. Sweetish, acidulous and alcoholic end. Balanced and perfumed.

Bottled. Strong raspberry aroma with a hint of spices. First glass was clear but 2nd and 3rd weren’t at all. At least 1cm of debris on the bottom of my glass. Deep yellow color, small white head, fair lace. Intersting beer, very fruity (raspberries), several spices. Very sticky and a alcoholic finish.

Hazy golden ale with a thick creamy white head.A light soapy malt aroma, with light coriander and parsley. In mouth, a nice bubble gum malt, creamy mouthfeel, with crisp hops, and light tingling in mouth. Medium bodied. Brought from Bieropholie, late 2005. BB 15/06/06.

Bottled:
Very intensive, artificial peach-icetea aroma. Intensive peach flavor, too. Alcohol and acid notes.
