Oct 13, 2008 Draught Fully cloudy orange with amber overtones under thick white head. Banana, some cloves, bananamash and hops!! Sweet-fruity, and extremely well-bodied, of course the full yeastload responsible. Wheat/gristslickness. Average, but non-sweet Weissbier.

Jun 25, 2007 Growler. Acidic and metallic aroma. Cloudy orange, Fluffy golden, somewhat unstable head. Thin bready base, fairly metallic, peach and banana notes. bready finish. Maybe better from tap, but this bottle was bough only two days back at the brewery.

Sep 29, 2003 On tap. Large white head, small size bubble, frothy, on a dark amber body, very cloudy. Head mostly lasting, glass sticking. Very phenolic nose, unpleasant. Initial flavor is light sweet, light tartness, with a short finish. Light to medium body, very fizzy carbonation.
