Bottle pours a hazy straw yellow with a small white head and some sparse lacing. Aroma of citrusy orange and lemon esters with yeast and a hint of coriander. Lively carbonation charcterizes the light medium body. Taste has light notes of orange and lemon with hints of banana. Wheat malt and yeast are promnent. Subtle floral hopping provides bitterness. A good warm weather bier.

Bottle. Banana, clove, wheat malt aroma - hint of vinegar. Hazy yellow color with small head. Banana and sour wheat malt flavor. This bottle a bit past its prime but still can tell this is a well made Hefe.

500ml bottle. Hazy yellow color Creamy and yeasty, displaying some excellent Wit characteristics,,,,hold up, this one is clearly labeled as a White Beer under the Weisse, not a Hefeweizen. Perhaps a little heavier hopped than most White Ales, but not overboard. A great beer.

Bottle from sam’s shared with ryan and mahalia. pour is golden with a small white head. Nice fruity and yeasty nose. Earthy, mild fruit, grassy hops, light banana and yeast in the flavor. Pretty refreshing and easy drinking with no noticeable flaws.
