Hazy yellow body, citric and yeasty aroma. Nice mouthfeel, true to the style, but a bit flat. Moderately acidic. Dry finish.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden and almost clear. Aroma and taste are rich yeast, malt, grass and herbs. Great weisse.

Poured a hazy gold with a thin white head. Has a light, clovey, citrus aroma. Flavor is lemony and a little spicey, with some banana. I found it quite watery and thin on the pallete. Overall, okay but pretty bland.

Sampled at an outdoor beer tasting sponsored by Doti Liquors, Elmhurst, IL. Poured to my fest/wine glass a cloudy, golden hue, with a foamy white head and light streaks of lacing. The aroma was light grain, banana, sweetness, and spice, with clove being more dominant. The flavor mimicked the aroma with less intensity and also presented a very slight citric nature and good carbonation. A light, not very bold Hefe, but decent.

Hazy golden with a white head. Nice sweet honey/banana aromas with some tart wheat. Smooth medium body. Pale wheat lightly sweet flavors with bready malts and mild banana.

Pours hazy golden orange with a modest white creamy head. No spectacular billowing hefe foam here. Aroma is rather citrusy with accents of banana and spices. Flavor is like a sweet hefe mixed with a splash of Sprite. Lemon lime tartness, banana pith, orange oil. The lime note is off-putting and doesn’t fit at all. Mouthfeel is a little thin.

Initial weak aroma of banana upon opening the bottle turns to clove then lemon and wheat with raisins also present. Opaque golden color with floaties that resemble sea monkeys, no head. Watery mouthfeel and lemony wheat flavor. Slightly too much carbonation. Finishes with rotting citrus. Perhaps this beer doesn’t move fast enough and I got an old sample, but this left much to be desired.
