Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Clear golden, rich head. Juicy pineapple aroma. Sweet and fruity, estery and yeasty. Medium bodied with thick, spritzy mouthfeel. Light botes of grass and metal. Some late careful bitterness. Well balanced and rather enjoyable, although not the most complex Belgian beer around.

Single Bottle from World Market. Pours a clear golden color with an initially thick white head that eventually settles down. Aroma is lightly spicy with a vague scent of banana and citrus. Medium body and lightly sweet, seemingly effortless to drink. Nice.

Bottle from Belgium - The blonde was a less complex version of the triple with nearly the same color and excellent clarity. Nice head and aroma. Slight spice flavor with more fruit flavors present.

Bottled 33cl. It pours a fully golden beer with a white head of a decent size which diminishes quite fast. The aroma is malty with some metallic notes. Also a presence of almonds, pears and apples with a caramel undertone in the nose. The taste is rather sweet and malty with hints of sourness. Nicely balanced with an enjoyable citrusy touch. Slight woody nuances appearing in the flavor. Some banana. A delicate citrusy finish follows. A very crisp and refreshing tripel all in all without being heavy or overwhelming with complexity. Decent. Slightly underhopped for my taste. The flavor is definetely superior to the nose.

Chuggable - at this abv I’m not sure if thats a good thing or not. Tastes exactly like a lighter, less spiced version of Leffe Blond, and none the worse for it. Pleasant spicy nose, balanced bittersweet flavour, fairly full bodied, a little prickly on the palate, light lingering finish with a little pepperiness, some alcohol evident. Not bad at all.

Very little aroma, and very little head. Clear golden color and nice lacing. Fruity flavor, seemingly citrus, flows into a smooth light malty aftertaste.

Yellow colour, big white head. Aroma: fruity, sour. Flavor: fruits, banana-like. Light, drinkable, with a pleasant aftertaste.
