So pale its almost white. Very clean, average size super white head. Big foam, nice lacing. Refreshing grassy lemon aroma. Smells like summer. Medium bodied, gentle sweet peppery flavor. Notes of yeast and subtle alcohol mostly noticible due to the warming effect.

Picked this up in Sainburys? (I think) a while back and good to try after the Dubbel. Good solid golden colour with a huge white fluffy head, yeasty aroma. Tasted very good with nice fruit, yeastyness and a lovely warming effect from the alcohol as this started to warm up.

Pours a unfiltered golen yellow color with a thin white head. Has hints of sweet fruits and barley. Finishes sweet on the tongue. Alcohol is masked very well.

Bottle from Copper Gate in Seattle (very cool bar). Poured a big fluffy head atop a light golden body. Sour apple flavor that was slightly sweet. Finished slightly bitter with a decent hop presents.

Golden orangish color with a thin white head. Grass, yeasts and lemon on the nose. Intense yeast flavor with a nice fruity aftertaste (lemon). Alcohol esthers warm up the mouth perfectly but alcohol is not noticed in any other aspect of the beer, and it has a lot (6.7%). Good blonde beer.

Wonderful yeast aroma. Strong frothy head. Appropriate golden color. Sweetness of malt flavor was delectable, but I got a bit of an astringent finish. May have been the age of the beer - imports can be tough sometimes with freshness.

I think it more a blond ale than a tripel, but it is absolutely drinkable. Not too fruity nose, but with som apple, plum , apricot and phelolics. Light body, medium CO2 for a belgian ale. Crystal clear without sediment. A shame!
