Bottle. Pours a deep golden with a white head. Sweet-sour malty and hoppy aroma with grassy notes. Sweetish hoppy flavour. Slightly metallic with yeasty notes which becomes increasingly present as it warms. Grassy and dryish finish. 30-12-06.

Bottle at 2Prinsen. Citrusy tripel with taste of orange rinds. Finishes off with bitter, metalic taste.

Average blond beer. Fairly comparable with other Belgian blonds. Nothing outstanding either good or bad. Could easily sit in the pub and drink a couple with friends anytime.

An excellent light tripel. Very creamy head with a golden color. Very malty, like tripels, with a slight hint of orange and malt. Also some other herbs that are not able to be distinguished. An excellent beer.

Pours golden-orange with a nice, lacy head. Malty and a bit of lemon at first. Slight nutty flavor follows, maybe a hint of corriander. Smooth, malty finish with a trace of sourness. Alcohol seems very well-hidden; drinks more like a single than a trippel. Reminds me of chrysanthemum and honey tea, perhaps oddly.

Pours a yellowish golden with a white head. The aroma has some citrus, malt, and herbs. Flavor is lighlty malty with a bit of lemon and an herbal background.

Would have never guessed this was a trippel. Recommended as a non-bitter beer. Pours like any other pale yellow american beer, clean light transparent brownish yellow orange. Smells like any other yellow beer, no rememberable aroma. Initial interesting taste. Just a little hoppy on the palate. Nice finish, slight linger that does not last. Pretty good stuff. Much better than merry monks.

Bottle. Aroma was of yeast and bread. Dark gold body with white head and quality lacing. Flavor had a light zesty lemon with enough balance to keep it from being watered down. Smooth easy drinkable brew.
