The Tripel is much better. The beers were much better about 12 years ago- trust me! I know the gentleman who used to import it into this country- Jeffrey House of Thames America. Strange, but many beers used to be better than they are now. PetetheMeat (549), Hove, Denmark

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 21, 2006 Clear amber/gold with a large, but collapsing white head and decent lace. Yeasty aroma with some light fruitiness. Lively effervescence, medium body. Fruit based sweetness, slight yeasty sourness, followed by just the lightest of hops to dry things up a bit.
