Bottled. Deep golden color. Fruity esters, fruity hops and malt in the aroma. Sweet honeyish flavor with some fruity esters and coriander. Very light hop bitterness and flavor. Finishes tart and sweet. Clean beer but lacking character. Gets too sweet when it warms. Needs more hops.

Bottled. Beer is a light-to-medium clear with an average-sized, white, mostly diminishing head. The aroma is malty with light notes of toasted grain; Hoppy with a light floral note, light note of lemon zest; Yeasty with a light note of dough. Perhaps a trace note of white pepper. Unoffensive but unremarkable. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, trace bitter with a long, moderately sweet, lightly bitter, lightly acidic finish. The body is medium, the texture is watery and the carbonation is lively.

Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly lasting. Body is clear dark yellow. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted grain, husks), trace hops (flowers), with a light note of bubble gum, hint of plastic. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter, slightly husky. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic. Dull, characterless, bland, and grainy. It’s not even bottle conditioned.

23/05/06. Same colour body (clear bright gold body) as the Gordons Finest Gold sitting beside it in my hotel room in Brussells. Very sweet aroma, alcohol then fruit. Tasted the alcohol and liked it better although the previous beer was higher at 10%, corn and wheat, some fruit maybe pineapple and passionfruit then starts to get sticky.

bottle: poured with medium pearly foam head, holding a low foam after drinking nearly half the glass. Slight aroma of grapefruit...maybe. Light acid palate with heavy yeastiness. I guessI’ve never had a blonde made in the abbey style, It’s a litte more robust, but dry. I like it for the summer evenings. Good purchase.

Bottle 0,33l. Clear golden with a creamy lasting head leaving patterns on the glass. A soft, sweet aroma. Flavour of fruit and spices. A "heavy" sweet aftertaste.
