| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 19, 2006 Decent sized frothy white head. Good carbonation. Dry dusty aroma of light malts, cereal and spicy hops. Little bit of pepper. Dark gold in color. Light malty flavor with a little bit of fruit. Clean and easy drinking. Little bit more cereal and some sweetness which lingers after the swallow. Subdued spices and bitterness from the hops. FInish is kind of pasty but ok. A decent belgian but nothing special. zach8270 (2131), Henrietta, New York, USA

Light and dry aroma with some yeast and orange peel. Orange peel, coriander, and cloves at the front with a yeasty middle and a dry and bitter finish. Flavor leaves the palate rather quickly. Medium-bodied with not much of an aftertaste. csbosox (1082), Prairie Village, Kansas, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 17, 2006 11.2oz bottle. Served in a Duvel tulip. Clear, orange tinted gold color and a large white head. No sediment? Aroma is yeasty and spicy. The taste is yeast, light malt, moderate spicy hops. It is not bad, but it is too simple. No complexity at all, the yeast is tasty, but mild. Mouthfeel is average for the style. Nice drinking beer, but kinda blah. eaglefan538 (2399), Wilmington, Delaware, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jun 9, 2006 Poured a nice clear golden color with a huge pillowy head that provided pretty solid lacing. Very nice within style. The aroma was a bit funky, yeasty, and of wheat. The flavor was excellent. Lots of witbier characteristics, wheat base, some clove-like spicing, yeasty. Mixed in, though were some caramel aspects, apples, and a pretty prominent earthiness. Alcohol very well hidden. Mouthfeel was moderate to heavy for the style anyway. Enjoyable. I’d come back to this one. Tmoney99 (4783), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 7, 2006 Bottle. Poured dark amber with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted and had fair lacing. Moderate banana sour citrus aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture. Medium sweet flavor with a sweet finish of moderate duration. hammenlind (738), Sundbyberg, Sweden

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 26, 2006 In the bottle. Pours a rich gold color with a pillowy white head. Medium carbonation. Outstanding head retention with a delicate web-like lacing. At first, the aroma seemed ever so slightly skunked, but as it breathes in the glass, it has a spiciness and coriander scent. The flavor is sweet at first, then follwed by a tartness. Has a very dominant banana flavor. The finish is a bit bicarbonate salty. The sweetness of this beer is pleasant, not overdone. For $1.99, this is a good Belgian Blonde. nick76 (2684), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 21, 2006 The aroma is heavy with malt, yeast, and alcohol. The appearance is golden with a medium white head. The flavor is very malty with a moderate, odd bitterness. The aftertaste reminds me of cheaper beers. The palate is average. Overall it has good taste but it has some problems as well.
