May 11, 2006 Golden honey color, with a frothy white head, the nose is one of a sweet pale malt, candied citrus fruits, sweet lemony hop aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a sweet bready dough and pale malt character, candied lemon fruitiness, leading towards a malty and faint hop bittering finish.

head not thick,but a thin white layer lasts on the beer.
yeasty smell,hoppy, ah idden fruit( banana,but not strong), malt,very hidden slightly sourish smell,a bit of alcohol,but not a strong smell.(hidden)

yeasty,spicy,hoppy,(hoppier than it smells)slightly citrus-flavour,some alcohol,but less stronger than one expects by reading the 6.7%vol.

aftertaste yeasty,hoppy,spicy,a bit of fruits and citrus-fruits,bread

a nice beer to couple for example with good saussages,rural,farmhouse"-cuisine, i find this beer not bad at all.
