Decent example of the style, it isn’t the most complex beer around, but it has some good flavor to it. jcwattsrugger (5581), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

Smell is yeasty, with belgian hops evident, a little fruity, a little flowery and some acidity. Flavour is dull, sweet with some flowers and fruit. VERY sweet with only a little bitterness to balance it. Quite carbonated and warming alcohol. Quite good, but too sweet for my tastes when looking for a Belgian blonde. Cloying. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 21, 2009 Nutty-ness combines well with the yeast fruitiness. Dry with a semi sweet aftertaste. Good flavor but doesn’t expand. Not an amazing beer but good for what it is. Ober (1232), Bommelerwaard, Netherlands
