The aroma is sweet malty with notes of over-ripe fruits as well as a light note of oxidation. Fruity and malty flavoured with a nice roasted note and lasting dense caramel malty impression. Sweet and malty flavoured finish. Dark brown colour with a mostly diminishing head. Aroma of dark malts, caramel and dark lagered fruits. Flavour is sweet, soft and roasty with raisins/prunes, some alcohol. Bitter fruity finish. Aroma of some caramel malt, heavy prune and raisin, some walnut, bit dusty. Slight sour taste, malty, still a bit sweet, bit roasted, dry. Caramel and subtle fruits in the aroma. Taste is caramel and dark malts; lightly dark fruity with a nice bitter finish. Subtley complex; very good.
