Commercial Description: The ideal temperature to serve it is between 8 and 10° C and always in its original and single glass. The Vintage of the Hermitage is brewed starting from three kinds of hops and special malts. After its fermentation, the beer rests for three months out of special tanks in order to deposit its sediment and fully develope its specific flavour. The exceptional richness of its ingredients as well as the attention given to its mixing make this original Cuvée a "must" for the experts. It is besides the only Belgian beer having received with three recoveries the gold medal allotted by "World selection" (Institute for the selection of quality). It is for these reasons that the Vintage of the Hermitage is a national success in the best establishments of Belgium. A beer red-brown, dark, consistent, pleasant and with the bitter after-taste, of type "Armagnac". In Christmas, taste also Christmas de Cuvée of the Hermitage.
