Feb 28, 2006 33 cl bottle. No yeast at the bottom. Reddish amber colour with a nice white head. Pleasant aroma of sweetness, yeast, orange and little sour. Flavour of malt, caramel and some sourness, also hints of fruit and toffee.

Feb 26, 2006 BBD was 24-07-03. Hazy reddish brown ale with a thin white head. Pleasant maderized sugars with notes of prunes, caramel, and vinous notes. In mouth, oxidized like crazy, this beer does not keep well. Overall, the malt is not bad, but some chalky to carboardy notes have developed, sweet caramel notes, and unpleasant chemical maple. It also doesnt marry weel with cheeses. Sad. This bottle is at least 2 years old.

Jan 16, 2006 I have to admit i am disapointed by this. Aroma bready and sweet malts. Taste is sweet malts and alcohol is reasonably well hidden but not upto par. mmmm.....

Jan 13, 2006 This beer has a dark brown body - hue apperance and a coarse white scum collar. I have drunk the beer from the bottle and it had a lot of carbonic acid. The initial flavor taste is sweet.

Jan 6, 2006 Dark cherry-red with a fluffy and creamy off-white head. Sweet, spiced aroma with notes of brown sugar and malt. Body is chewy with a bold malty sweetness and a long bitter finish.
