Jul 1, 2005 Bouteille de 330 ml obtenue par importation privée via Bièropholie. Arôme: Odeur de céréale et de torréfaction. Apparence: Couleur ambrée foncée. Énorme col beige mousseux qui perdure. Faible densité des bulles. Fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de petits fruits avec une touche de fumée. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est mince avec une texture huileuse. Amertume en arrière goût. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Je m’attendais à plus de cette bière. (Rating #199)

Jul 1, 2005 Dark amber. Rich head, doesn’t last long though. Sweet and malty aroma, is there a hint of smoke? Malty flavour with notes of dried fruit. The bitterness comes late.

Jun 26, 2005 Dense and abundant head, much compact and supporter. Dark orange color, that it stretches to the red one. A lot shining and loads. Powerful and decided scent, alcoholic and whiskey notes. Strong and persistent taste. Complex, flowery and much bitter on the end. Discreetly prickly with notes of caramel, plums and honey.

Jun 22, 2005 Pours a clear amber color with a medium diminishing white head, while diminishing the head leaves nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruits. Flavor of fruits, feels like berries of some kind, there’s some sweetness too and a bitter finish. Light body, oily texure, moderate carbonation. Boring.

The aroma is woody and almost musky. Very ale-y. Almost currant-y flavour. It’s amber in colour with minimal head. Nice aftertaste and overall smooooth-drinking.

Jun 2, 2005 Bottle. Nice amber colour with a tanned head. I can smell the fruityness of this beer from far away. Very malty and still fruity in close up. It has a nice bitter aftertaste that makes it very drinkable.

May 26, 2005 Bottled @ KØ 2005: Amber coloured. Clear. Light brown head. Fruit (plums), malt and sweetness in the nose. Flavour is spiced, malty and fruity with light notes of caramel. Is smooth, easy drinkable and pleasant. Nice one.
