Rød-brun klar øl. Duft: Beligisk gær, og tung. Smag: Stærk (alcohol), syrlig, sødlig, tynd. Ikke en mindeværdig øl

Had on tap at sharp edge in pittsburgh. Poured very dark purple brown with light offwhite head. Aroma sweet plummy and floral, but faint. Flavor is excellent mix of caramel and dark fruit with dry finish. Overall, enjoyable.

Bottled at Belgobaren, Stockholm. Hazy reddish amber, firm head. Perfumy toffeeish nose. Sweet with some red berries saccharine and cardboard. Fruity and rather thins and syrupy with notes of bread. No bitterness. Unrefined and a bit cloying. Disappointing and somewhat indutrial tasting ale.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Copper coloured with a creamy head. Sweet malt, caramel and slightly spicy Belgian but overall quite one dimensional

[Sampled in 2004 in Vejle.] A nice dark brew with lots of fruit notes in the aroma, but also some alcohol and very much bitterness. Seems a bit unbalanced!

Bottled. Rubyish amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is sweet caramel malts, sour berries and some sweet alcoholic notes. Flavour is quite wellbalanced of berries, yeast, alcohol, sweet malts, some hops and slight sugar. Not very exciting though.
