Brown Redy color with a beige head not too persistent, but keep an lace all the time. Aroma is fruity and sweet, notes of roasted sugar and plum, the same to the flavor, but with a citric note and medium carbonation. Mouthfeel is spicy and dry almost no bitterness.

Bottle. Pours brown, amber brown. Sweet and malty thin bodied beer. Very small hints of fruits and unbalanced in my opinion.

First poured from a bottle at the Blue Pearl in New Haven, CT, then found at a local retail store. The only thing keeping this from being the perfect beer is my belief that such a thing does not yet exist. Poured an attractive dark amber with just a little bit of head. The flavor combination of malt, caramel, and a hint of spice blended and progressed fantastically before leading to a mellow finish and overall sense of satisfaction. Definitely a beer to enjoy in smaller amounts/at a slower pace rather than in rounds at a bar.

Poured a dark brown/copper with a light tan head. Sweet malts, caramel, brown sugar, and raisins in the taste. Not as thick as I was expecting. Aftertaste was very smooth. Overall very good.

Very deep copper coloured beer with transient tan head. Cherry and date aroma. Sweet cherry start leads to stewed plums, gooseberries. Plum is dominant. Thin bodied but reasonable.
