The only thing keeping this from being the perfect beer is my belief that such a thing does not yet exist. Poured an attractive dark amber with just a little bit of head. The flavor combination of malt, caramel, and a hint of spice blended and progressed fantastically before leading to a mellow finish and overall sense of satisfaction. Definitely a beer to enjoy in smaller amounts/at a slower pace rather than in rounds at a bar. scottw86 (185), Maryland, USA
