Aug 30, 2007 Draught. Dark amber pour with thin cream head. Good lacing present. Aroma of belgian yeast, caramel and spices. Taste of fruits, maple and malts with a nice even finish.

Aug 28, 2007 Ruby colour, small off-white creamy head. Aroma is sweet, of butter and red fruits. Flavour is of chocolate, sweet caramel, butter and red fruits. Aftertaste is of sweet red fruits and malts. One-dimensional beer, but drinkable.

Aug 25, 2007 Pours a nice cherry color, slim tan head with residual lacing down the glass. Has a sweet fruity aroma, with some fruity flavors as well with a nice alcohol crispness.

Aug 18, 2007 [bottle] Pours a very clear ruby color. A short-lived tan head falls quickly, leaving some decent lacing. Very nice malt and sweet alcohol aroma. Plum, raisin and toffee flavors, along with some considerable alcohol warmth. Finishes with plenty of residual sweetness and some interesting fruity esters. Not the best Dubbel in the world, but a very nice addition to the weak NH bottle selection.
