This is a brew that everyone can enjoy. Aroma is malty and sweet, taste is like candied malt with hints of raisin. Easy to drink a definite must try.

Tap. Clear amber-brown body with some ruby, thick creamy foam, quite persistent. Candy and raisin aromas. Taste: candy and dark fruits, alcohol and malt at the end. Tasty and very drinkable (and cheap) abbey beer.

Pours a amber-brown, with thin creamy tawny head, recedes to oilly top. Aromas of a sweet roasted malt, raisins and light alcohol. Flavors of raisin, and toffee; finishes malts and alcohol with a mushroom aftertaste. Light-medium body. Was very nice with my steak.

Pours mahogany into a trappist glass. Off-white head with medium retention recedes to coat surface. Mild malt and raisin aromas. Creamy sweet caramel upfront turning thick and plummy. Lasting cloying pti fruit finish.

almost clear, red-brown, thick beige head. very malty aroma comes with raisins and candy. similar candy taste, though not too sweet, with a nice fruity body and thin but nice malty finish. a bit thin overall, but tasty and refreshing for a dubbel.

bottle, dark brown colour, very ridiculous white head (maybe because they poured the beer very badly). The beer has a fruity smell with notes from dried plums. Taste: very sugary and sweet, fruity, a bit grainy, artificial. I think this is a very average abbey dubbel, too much sugared and too artificial.
