Pour was chestnut brown with very small head, but a nice foam which coated the beer throughout. Aroma was of musty fruit and yeast. The flavor was similar, musty and overripe fruit...reminded me of biting into a gooey banana or past its prime apple. Some balancing bitterness and a good level of carbonation. I can’t say that I found this one all that pleasant.

Bottle. Pours a dark amber colour. Aroma is of sweet fruits with some spices on top. The flavour is sweet and fruity with notes of belgian yeast and spices. An OK double...that could have been more complex.

Scored this in a trade with daknole. Many thanks! Stubby 330ml bottle pours a translucent, deep amber brown with a frothy beige head. There was also plenty of sediment in the bottle. Nose is filled with bread dough, some dark candy, banana and maybe a little grape jelly. Flavor is fruity, apples and pears, and a little doughy. Finish is wet and sugary.

On tap. Dark brown pour with a beige head. Interesting aroma of grapes and soy sauce with a taste that follows suit. I really liked it, my one buddy wasnt such a fan.

Pour dark walnut with thick white head. Malty with a light caramel aftertaste. Enjoyable beer.
