Commercial Description:
This is a strong blonde beer, full of character with tertiary fermentation in the bottle yet still very accessible. Alc. 8% vol. Taste: The traditional Grimbergen recipe is enriched here trough the use of aromatic hops, which gives the beer its refined bitterness and hoppy character. The result is a refreshingly strong blonde beer.

Bright orange colour with light foamy head. Very light, clean and refreshing in the mouth. Dry, minerally flavour, a little metallic. Aftertaste becomes sweeter but the beer retains it’s clean, crisp character.

Dusty gold with a tight pillowy head. Nose a total shock of bright citrussy hop, marmalade, vanilla, orange peel tang, soapy spruce as well as pepper, coriander, slight almond leaking through the collar. Hay,almond, rubber, Special Brew as the head collapses. Bit of a let down flavour-wise, that promising aromatic tang dissipating into generic supermarket coriander, grass,silk..emptiness. Pleasant enough insipid sipper.

Very light yellow color with nice long lasting white head. The aroma is weak malty. The taste is light with a little yeast and faint malt.

Had this one thanks to Oldrtybastrd. This was a golden color with not much aroma. The taste was smooth and dry with a bitter after taste when swallowed.

Bottle 33cl. Pours a clear golden colour with a great size head and very good carbonation. Smell is very strong and present. Good hops and bitter fruits there. Also can detect vaguely some spices there. Rather simple taste, mainly just the hops there with some bitterness and malts. Nothing special, but still a good taste to it.

A clear sparkling golden colored beer, with a thick white head. The aroma is malty sweet, with fruits. like citrus. A little graay. The taste is bittersweet. with malts and hops. Notes of alcohol. The aftertaste is dry and bitter.
