33cl bottle, as shown. Dark, clear nutty brown colour, medium beige head that collapses mui rapido, but leaves plenty of lacing behind. Aroma of roasted malts and dark sweet fruit, but with a prominent, stinging vinegar note on top. Low carbonation, medium body and mouth feel. Sweet-and-sour fruit taste, with a bitter-ish malty side note. again some noticeable vinegar. Stinging sweet finish and after taste. At 10% abv, any bruno might well also be optimo, but if you’re not into really sweetish, in-your-face dubbels/tripels, you may want to steer clear.

Bottle. Delicious beer. It has a burnt aroma, with caramel, toffee, chocolate, and also wheat. Flavour is long-lasting, sweet, and there is bitterness at the end. Medium body, good in the palate, just a bit watery. Dark red colour, with a thin, frothy, and long-lasting head.

Pours a dark red color with a nice cream color head. Aroma or roasted malts, brown sugars and dry fruits. Flavors are sweet and sour, with brown sugars and roasted malts, dry plums fruits and caramels. A dry and sweet finish and a feel of spices with a good ballance of flavors. Very nice and enjoyable.

Tap at the Pintelier, Groningen. Ruby red dark colour, small head, creamy-coloured. Nice bitter fruity taste, with hints of roasted malts, nuts, red fruit (berries), average finish. Despite the 10 % alcohol this is not dominating, it’s well hidden
