gnoff (3560), Göteborg, Sweden Mar 21, 2008 (33 cl bottle from a store at the norh station in Brussels) On March 20, 2008. BB 24/07/08. Clear dark reddish brown color, tanhead. Acidic and sweet scent. Acidic, lactic, nutty, alcohol taste. Smooth mouthfel, low bitterness. Milky and alcohol aftertaste. Eructoblaster (1477), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada Mar 16, 2008 Bottle - 330ml. Nice dark brown body with ruby glints and a good off-white foamy head. Malty/hoppy aroma with brown sugar and fruity hints. Alcohol is well hidden. Robust taste that carries plummy and caramel notes. Ends with a decent bittersweet, warming finish. Good stuff. FatPhil (3446), Espoo, Finland Mar 13, 2008 330ml bottle (Gollem, Amsterdam)
Deep red, tiny head. Sharp fruity aroma. Soft mouthfeel. Sweet fruity body - apricot and dark fruits, and plenty of soft dark roasted malts. Gets more berry-like over time. Almost no indication of 10%. Oaky finish. WISEGUY572 (1244), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA Mar 12, 2008 Dark brown, almost black, with reddish notes. Large tan head. Taste of chocolate, candy sugar, and dried fruits. Nicely balanced, almost light, easy to drink, despite high alcohol. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Feb 24, 2008 Date: 02/07/2008
