A light amber beer with no head. It has no aroma. The flavor is very sweet, a bit sour and ending on a slight bitterness. An OK beer but nothing much.

(Bottle 33 cl) Dark golden beer, extremely full-bodied. Sweet, very sweet - no sickeningly sweet with some late hoppiness to prevent me from spewing. If you consider this as a dessert-beer it might have some raison d’etre. 300695

Bottled at Belgobaren, STockholm. Clear nut brown, brief head. Raisiny malty nose with some peppery alcohol. Sweet and vinous, with slimmer body than expected for a 10% beer. Somewhat fruity with light almondy notes. Salty finish with a touch of spicy bitterness. Interesting nose, but I’d like more character in a beer of this size.

Bottle, 10%. 7 months past BB date. vinous, grainy aroma. Hazy orange/brown colour. Small tan head. The flavour is quite sweet with a clear note of alcohol. Vinous with a refreshing, but perhaps malplaced citric finish. As it warms, it comes out much more malty and well-balanced.

Bottled. Dark ruby red colour, small beige head. Aroma is raisins, malts and yeast. Flavour caramel malts, alcohol and some yeasty notes. The alcohol is hidden quite well, but has a little "stingy peak", which does fit in well with the flavour.

Bottled at DBF 2005. Cloudy red brown coloured with an off white head. Sweet spicy aroma with notes of dried fruits especially dried figs. Sweet flavour with lots of spices and acidic notes.
