May 28, 2007 Bottle @ La Mort Subite. Large beige fizzy head that mostly lasted. Good lacing. Mahogany colour. Aroma was yeast, caramel, dry fruit, liquorish, vinous, caramel, hint of sweet chocolate and lots of brown sugar. Full bodied with a light alcoholic and light syrupy like texture. Moderated to heavy sweet malty and brown sugar flavour with a hint of acidic. Sweet and lingering brown sugar finish. I know it was sweet, but I thought it was great anyways.

Dec 10, 2004 (Bottled) Slightly hazy, dark amber color with a small, lacy head. Very sweet, malty and fruity boysenberry aroma. Very malty, wineous, sweet, but also quite hoppy and fruity flavor with mostly, but not quite hidden alcohol. Quite full-bodied, syrupy-sticky and low-carbonated palate. Be sure to try this, should you like sweet, slightly alcoholic and full-enough-bodied brews!

Sep 13, 2006 Bottle at delirium, gothenburg. Red brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is dried fruits, alcohol, yeast, green apple. Flavour is alcohol, yeast, baked apple, spices, hop, caramel, malt.

Mar 21, 2008 (33 cl bottle from a store at the norh station in Brussels) On March 20, 2008. BB 24/07/08. Clear dark reddish brown color, tanhead. Acidic and sweet scent. Acidic, lactic, nutty, alcohol taste. Smooth mouthfel, low bitterness. Milky and alcohol aftertaste.

Oct 10, 2006 (330ml bottle) Bieropholie Order. Pours a beige, frothy head with a brown body. Nose of lots of fresh figs, warm whiskey and roasted malts. Flavour echos the alcoholic front and deep fig nose, the texture is nicely viscous with a somewhat brown sugar and bready base. I liked this one a lot!

Deep red, tiny head. Sharp fruity aroma. Soft mouthfeel. Sweet fruity body - apricot and dark fruits, and plenty of soft dark roasted malts. Gets more berry-like over time. Almost no indication of 10%. Oaky finish.
