Bottled:
Aroma is very fruity with notes of oranges, yeast and sweetness. Hazy, dark golden color. Creamy, quickly disappearing head. Sweet, alcoholic flavor with intensive fruit notes of oranges, melones and spices. Very nice, complex triple.

VEry nice, it is strong but with character, I like the colour like orange, and the foam is great.

Medium bronze-gold with a frothy, off-white head. Spicy lemon, cookie dough, riesling, cream, pie crust, leather, herbal/spicy hops. Smells like some sort of spiced lemon pie. Moderately-heavy sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter flavor. Moderately sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter finish. Medium-full body, creamy texture, lively carbonation. Sweet, spicy, full textured, and good looking. Yay!

Pours hazy golden with a large head and a sweet citrussy aroma.Taste is a tripel but with a sweet kick up the ass. Quite surprised by this bottle from what is an (overlooked/common?) brewery.

Bottled. A hazy amber coloured beer with a big white head and reasonable lacing. The aroma has massive fruit and spicy hops. There is some banana and toffee notes also. The taste is sweet with more banoffee; spices, strawberry yoghurt, alcohol and yeast. Shows more characteristics of a Belgian Strong than a tripel IMO. Tasty and strong.

4 June 2005 - (Hotel Rembrandt, staggering distance from HOP 2005) - Sweet bubblegum and hop aroma. Great head and lcaing, clear yellow-orange colour (I can’t mark this down for apperance, even though it is clear). Sweet malt and big hop flavours. Lingering earthy malt finish with some bitterness.
