Moderately sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter finish. Medium-full body, creamy texture, lively carbonation. Sweet, spicy, full textured, and good looking. Yay! | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 2, 2005 Bottled. A hazy amber coloured beer with a big white head and reasonable lacing. The aroma has massive fruit and spicy hops. There is some banana and toffee notes also. The taste is sweet with more banoffee; spices, strawberry yoghurt, alcohol and yeast. Shows more characteristics of a Belgian Strong than a tripel IMO. Tasty and strong. vanvenlo (794), Glen Iris, Australia
