Orange color clearly, much limpid and incredibly bubbly one. Extremely rich of beads. Strong and decided, alcohol and grape white scent. Acidulous and full bodied; warmth and extremely strongly. Optimal aspect and optimal taste. Indeed good. Precept53 (113), West Bloomfield, Michigan, USA

Worth every penny!!! One of the smoothest tasting beers you will ever find! Hendo (110), Sint Anthonis, Netherlands
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Feb 26, 2005 Not much of an aroma to type about, looks good though, but the head on mine disappeared quickly. Tastes the part. A good example of the Tripel style. Goldorak (439), Montreal, Quebec, Canada
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 25, 2005 Clear and golden, with a nice, thick and full head, just the way a tripel should look like.
Smell...I wouldn’t call it a smell, or an aroma, but more of a vapor that envelops the nose, almost like solvent or paint thinner, but with a melon type sweetness somewhere in there.
Yeasty on the tongue, with a warm alcohol aura and residual sweetness. I enjoyed it, but didn’t go head over heels for it. MartinT (5068), Montreal, Quebec, Canada
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 23, 2005 The Lure: Luscious grapefruit candy floating in a bowl of honey, adorned with a proud bobbing foam.
The Festivities: Woody, citrusy hoppiness happily converses with the coriander and sweet honey cough drops. Comfortable carbonation sets the stage for a well-presented, subtle yeast touch in the back of the elegant aforementioned flavor panorama.
Transcendence: The floor is bouncing from the happy drunkenness of all above, jumping to an unpretentious rhythm of colour and plain old fun. tiggmtl (4311), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Feb 21, 2005 Sugary, lightly spicy, mildly nutty, woody, fruity aroma with some herbal tones and some mild phenolics. Clear orange copper with decent white head that recedes slowly to generous cover with some nice lacing. Fairly assertive bitterness with mild underlying sugary sweetness, herbal hop character and a rather strong coriander spiciness that perhaps dominates overly much. Medium body with fairly strong carbonation. Bottle sampled at the Voyager par des Papilles group tasting Feb-05. beerbuzzmontreal (2911), Montreal, Quebec, Canada
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 21, 2005 Pours a clear golden color with a thin, bubbly white head. Aroma and flavor of honey, fruits and yeast. Light to medium body, lively carbonation. I’m kind of surprised by this beer, it’s a lot better than what I expected from a Grimbergen.
