Bottle. Creamy white excellent mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy and yeasty aroma. Not so clear citrus notes but still great. Moderate bitter flavor. Strong powerfull long bittre finish. Fruity notes. Creamy palate. Nice tripel.

Drank from a bottle in Brussels. There isn’t much here, not much to smell, look at or taste. Very below average for a Belgian, which means its still better than most americans.

Not that much smell, looks like a very clear lager. Easy to see the fingers on the other side of the glass. Little on the sweet side but with hints of lemon and green banana.

Colore arancio molto limpido, schiuma compatta e aderente con buona persistenza.Aroma forte e deciso, alcoolico con sentori di uva bianca. In bocca acidula e fortemente alcoolica, fruttata e leggeremte erbacea.Tutto sommato più che potabile.

Bottle, about a year old. Almost clear, golden/orange with LARGE, over carbonated white head. Aroma is yeasty, sprite, lemon, dry. Flavor is dry, peppery, yeasty, lemon, high alc, medium sweetness, spices and slight banana as it warms. Body is light to medium but highly carbonated. A perfect example of a overly spiced and too alc forward tripel, but I guess that’s in style...

Well, I enjoyed drinking this Belgian beer, though one can’t deny that it tasted peculiar. Less sweet than certain other tripels, had a bit of an edge to it, I felt. Rather fizzy, went all over the place when I opened it (the butler had the night off, most inconvenient)-glad I was in the parlour.
